My eyes! My eyes! They are burning!

You ever find yourself cutting an onion and it seems extra ripe? Enough to make your eyes water extra hard?

Well, I was just cooking dinner, cutting up peppers and onions... and I tell you, the tears were pouring down my face, I was cutting with my eyes squeezed shut!

It was like I'd been maced.

It's been about a half hour, and my eyes still feel raw. What is up with my onions tonight??

Not me, but my sister once decided to make peanut brittle for her (then boyfriend) and forgot to shell the peanuts. He ate it though, he was really in love with her. *chuckle*

LOL! He must have really loved her. I can't imagine how "extra-crunchy" that peanut brittle must have been. Ouch.
